Welcome to Soulari! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile application, website, and related services (“Services”). By using Soulari, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

  • By entering content, you grant Soulari permission to process it for features (like mood tracking or AI reflections).
  • You are responsible for ensuring your User Content does not violate any laws or infringe others’ rights.

4. AI Features

Soulari may provide AI-driven suggestions, reflections, or responses.

  • These are generated suggestions only, not professional advice.
  • You should not rely on them for decisions regarding your health, safety, or finances.

5. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Subscription & Payments (if applicable)

  • Some features may require a paid subscription.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

  • Violate these Terms,

  • Engage in illegal or harmful behavior.

You may also stop using Soulari at any time and delete your data.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Soulari is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:

  • That the app will always function without interruption,
  • That the scripture or AI reflections will meet your expectations,
  • Or that the Services are error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Soulari is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use Soulari.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised date. Continued use of Soulari means you accept the updated Terms.
